We are located in Singapore. We accept and fulfil both local and international orders.

Do you have a retail shop?
No, we do not operate a retail shop.

Do you provide installation service?
Installation service is available within Singapore. We use experienced workshops that have done similar work before. Alternatively, you can also use your own preferred workshop for installations.

What is the currency used for prices in your quotations?
All prices are in Singapore dollar (SGD/S$) unless otherwise stated. For currency conversions, a good resource is located at The Universal Currency Converter. Please use this as a reference only - actual conversion rates may differ at time of purchase.

Why do the prices you quote sometimes vary when I inquire on different occasions?
The prices vary due mainly to three reasons. First, the cost of goods can vary from time to time due to factors like material and labour costs. Second, the foreign exchange rates can flunctuate greatly sometimes. Third, the shipping charges can also vary depending on the prevailing rate tables and surcharges. While we will try to minimize such adjustments, sometimes it is unavoidable. Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices are valid for 10 days.
